Fever Tree

This tonic is made by the traditional method, with spring water, Rwanda’s Fever tree quinine, cane sugar, citric acid, orange oil and lemon zest. It is a tonic, not very carbonated, with sparse and small bubbles, and very crystalline. Soft flavor without too much bitterness and little taste of quinine and nothing cloying. Aroma to citrus.
